    Yes, it's true!

    new Fokker launched the xf100 today.
    It's the same aircraft as the F100, but has new engines, winglets and is constructed with other materials. More environment friendly

    Is the airplane already certified, or did it made it's maiden flight?

      I'd susect 'launched' means "Available for delivery sometime before 2100". I'm guessing a few detailed costings, a few preliminary drawings etc.

      Good luck to them, we need more competition and choice in the market.
