Hi Everyone,
As industry insiders, and/or passionate enthusiasts, we often confront and are privy to key facets of our beloved industry that canbe involved in, and for all purposes should change. From aircraft design, to infrastructure, to personnel issues, to archaic beliefs, to safety issues - where, how, when and why do you think that we should change.
If you had to tackle one (or a handfull) of problems in the industry - what would they be and why?
What topic is near and dear to your heart?
As idealistic as this is, I think that we can, little by little change our industry. Perhaps with greater vantages of how other people operate and/or their issues we can help each other. I cannot help but look with a sense of disdain at our industry. We are primed for innovation, and for creativity and yet we are bogged into foolish corners that neither protect nor serve us. How can we begin change, where, when and how?
