Yes; I receive 7700 squawks on my phone, and received notification of the emergency via squawk. Don't know who declared the emergency. I think it was very reasonable to declare one, as it seems a tire was mangled, and pieces of it were possibly getting into an engine. Sometimes I take screen shots, but don't have one of this squawks. My phone is very unreliable because it's run by this phone-idiot.
