    From the Belavia website:

The airline was due to operate a scheduled flight B2869 on the Minsk-Barcelona-Minsk route today. There were 54 passengers on board of Embraer 195. Belavia had all the authorisations for this flight. The aircraft left the airport as scheduled.

However, as it transpired a little later, three minutes before take-off, the French aviation authorities manually deactivated the flight plan without notifying the airline. The information was relayed to the commander by the Polish Air Traffic Control while climbing. Attempts to reroute in the air with the Marseille Air Traffic Management did not lead to a positive result. Moreover, the French dispatcher referred to a verbal order from the French Prime Minister.

We would like to point out that the ban on Minsk-Paris flights received earlier from the French aviation authorities did not initially include a ban on overflying French airspace. Belavia did not receive an updated ban until 3:16 p.m. today. Until then, the plane waited in the air for about two hours before returning to Minsk.

A repeated attempt to coordinate the route with the Marseille Air Traffic Management Authority also proved unsuccessful, including with regard to flights over neutral waters, which contravenes the Chicago Convention and the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.

Many unhappy Belarusians. Hopefully all Lukaschenko supporters. Probably not though.

    Also:
In connection with the decision of the governments of Finland and the Czech Republic, Belavia is forced to cancel all flights to these countries. Flights to/from Finland will cease from May 26, 2021 to October 30, 2021, and from May 28, 2021 to October 30, 2021 there will be no flights to the Czech Republic.

Because of the decision of the Latvian aviation authorities to ban flights with Belarus, we are forced to cancel all flights to / from Riga, scheduled from May 26, 2021 to June 25, 2021.

Due to the cancellation of the permit for flights of Belavia by Sweden, we are forced to cancel all flights to / from Stockholm from May 26, 2021 to October 30, 2021.

Due to the ban of the Ukrainian authorities on Belavia flights, the airline is forced to cancel flights to / from Kiev, Lvov, Odessa and Kharkov from May 26 to August 25, 2021. On May 25, night flights B2 847 to Kiev (departure time 22.40) and B2 833 to Odessa (departure time 23.40) are also canceled.

Due to the decision of the British and French governments, we are forced to cancel flights to London and Paris from May 25 to October 30, 2021.

Due to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania to suspend Belavia flights to / from Lithuanian airports, we are forced to cancel flights to Vilnius from May 25, 2021 from 03:00 to 02:59 June 26, 2021 by belarusian time (updated). We apologize and express deep regret in this situation, that happened due to reasons absolutely beyond our control.

I almost feel bad for you, Belavia, that suffer all these consequences for the terrorist act committed by the government of your country, which is totally out of your control.

Except that you are a state-owned airline. So yeah, the terrorist act was out of your control but it was within the control of (and committed by) your owner.

So I almost, but not quite, feel bad for you.

I don't get it. We all knew from the news and public statements of EU officials Belarusian airlines were banned from EU airspace but Belavia didn't know it?
And Polish ATC said that France didn't allow them in their airspace? What about Poland? What about Spain?

What do imagine this is Gabriel, a democracy? I assure you, what Lukaschenko does is out of their control because what Lukaschenko IS is out of their control.
