And let me be clear, it is not a sin from the controller or pilot point of view. It is a sin from the design point of view.
And let me be clear again, I am talking in general about letting another plane to land or take-off on a runway where there is another plane cleared to land. And not about the particular way in which said practice was implemented in this particular incident which my have been sinful also in its execution.
- Cleared to land means cleared runway. No grey anything.
