  • Bots selling things…

I am 3WE and am glad to join this forum to discuss relentless pull ups and procedures versus airmanship.

Also, you may want to purchase this nifty product:

It has numerous features including cheap composite construction, looking like a giant high-bypass turbofan to be mounted too far forward on a 737, and not making enough noise, a power lever so you can know the feeling, red lightning to convey “I’m going to fling blades, (but it’s technically just a contained failure), and an all important chem-trail injector.

    Order yours today.

Gabriel- I’m sorry we have such a tough time with URLs. That is a link to Amazon for a genuine product. I guess the creepy URL adds humor to the original post.

As a kid, I had a 'jet engine fan' that was loosely styled after a JT-8D. The actual fan part was a barrel fan that replaced the midsection, blowing perpendicular to the 'engine' axis. When I left home, my father stole it for his own desk, because it was a tasteful modernist doodad, not a glowing red POS.

And now it can be yours for the low, low (29% off) price of $195! (I think my father probably paid $8.99 for it).

This is a SUPER AWESOME vintage c.1960's desk fan in the form of a model jet engine! Has an adjustable clear shield that directs the flow of air, an easy on/off switch on the side (the red button) and works great! It measures 8" wide, 3" deep and 5" tall. It is in overall very good condition for it's age as you can see in the photographs. Does have some slight surface rust to the black painted steel base, and some wear to the body, which is made of a silver coated plastic. Chairish sells electronic items only with the display as the intended use. The electronic elements are not guaranteed to be in working order by Chairish.

Ok, ok. I clicked. I hope it comes with a robust autothrottle. If not we are doomed.
The red light is pinkish, almost magenta. That's cool.

                Is it properly loud?

I think this proves that electric-powered jet engines are possible.
