I'm wrestling with this mental image of FA's fire extinguishing the passenger and wrestling the phone away. That's what you get for smoking.
That's a bit harsh, but definitely send them into space on of those one-way Starliner flights. Like all Boeing astronauts, they can get a flight back in Elon's can depending upon his fluctuating state of madness.
