Sounds like a good idea. Shouldn't have taken 12 years though.

Bloodhound, don't worry other procedures were put in place (like fuel pump management). I think the fact that it has been 12 years, and we haven't had a recurrance, is testiment to that.

Of course, its a good idea to require it for all new designs. I wonder how expensive the retrofit program will be.
