I only ever flew with them when they operated as JMC Air... I think they've come a long way since then though!
I hope so anyway. Back then, they were terrible!

I agree with the fact they have come a hell of a long way since JMC Air, but I disagree with JMC Air being terrible! JMC were a fabulous company, Thomas Cook are even better!!
Where are you flying to/from, B787, hope you have a great experience! I'll try and get Mark to post you about his experience with them, he flew about 2 weeks ago and came home said they were fabulous!!
