I have flown Air Canada, Canadian, Wardair, NationAir, 437 Sqn CF(not really an airline, but they fly the hop for the military, have done it via 707 and A310). British Airways, SwissAir, KLM and Lufthansa.
The best was probably Wardair, but they do not exist anymore; of the exisiting airlines British Airways was probably the best.
