My first that i can really remember was.....
N194AT American Trans Air
MAN-YQX-MCO some 12-15 years ago...

Interesting....N194AT was my last widebody flight a couple of years ago, SJU-MCO.

My first widebody flight was actually my 2nd flight total, October 1986, KLM 742, AMS-ATL.

My first was in 1982 on a CO DC-10 (meatball livery) from IAH to IAD. My dad took me to D.C. when I was 5. I remember the plane being mostly empty. The plane had a walk-up bar and I sat up there with my dad eating snacks. Our trip was just a couple weeks after the time Air Florida flight 90 crashed in the icy Potomac River.

Took over an A300B thanks to very high loads. The flight was originally planned with a 727-200 !!!

For me it was December, 1973. Eastern Airlines L-1011, ORD-SJU
My next flight was my first 747 flight, on AA, SJU-JFK

I didn't complete the widebody trifecta until nearly 5 years later,
8/78 National DC-10, LAX-MIA

My only other widebody has been the 767, which I first flew in
July 1990 (UA, LAX-JFK). Since then I have flown 762s from UA
and 762s and one 763 from AA.
