howdy ya'll
I've noticed some of you have the runway numbers on your flight reviews, did you use a scanner to get these?
just curious b/c im booked for iah-sap in july and want to do a trip report on it.

also, has anyone been through the new terminal E at iah. it wasn't finished last time i went through there. are there any good places for spotting in terminal E or anywhere at iah for that matter?

I don't have a scanner, what I do to get the runway numbers is look at the runway/taxiway layout which you can get at www.airnav.com/airports (just type in the city name or airport code), or sometimes you get the runway number just as the aircraft is lining up on the runway.

Normally they know the airport, they are talking about, so it is not difficult to know which rwy it is.
