i got up at 5;00 in the morning to got to the aiport for my 8;15 flight. i made sure i packed everything and me and my dad where on our way. as we drove down to enconamy parking i saw a AA 777 parked in matmence, econmy parkin is also next to UA maitmence. they had alot of 757 there. a bus took us from parkin to the terminal, the cheackin line was about 2 hours, but beacuse we had e tickets this took us 5min and so did security. we where at gate c11 and we had 45min befor baording at 7;45 for a 8;15 flight, so we went to burger king and i got some hash browns. i didnt get more food cause they would serve it in firstclass, as i waited for them to call bording i looked out the window towrds teminal E. then 3 littel kids and their dad sat nexted to me, one was a boy who seemed 7 and a girl who seemed 5 and a boy who seemed 12. anyway the 12year old looked at an old dirty nwa dc10 and said "look at that big old junky jet", i snickerd at this becasue iv hered alot of people say they were really junky. so then i had awile and i went down to the song gates, there were 3 songs planes there and only 2 song gates. so one of the song planes was parked over at the delta gates, the song part of the terminal was very nice with all kinda of diesins and paterns on the wall and their logo in places. next i went back to my gate and they soon started to board firstclass. i got to be the first one on the plane, the a320 had em power in firstclass and seemed pretty new. the first class seats where very nice and comfie, we wated for the C class people to board and were on our way right on time. as we taxied we had to weight for a BA 777 and then we taxied behind a song 757 out to the runway, we did a powerful take of and the pane was very silent. i read my book untill we where leavel and and they showed the in flight video, the first thing they showed was frasher and shortly later was breakfast. i forget what they had but i orderd a 'pen80' (i dont know how to spell it) but it was a chees egg with ham in it and it was in a bun, i also got fruit and milk. the meal was good the fruit was freash and the milk was cold. after frasher they showed inflight CNN, it was a good program, by know i had finished my meal. then they showed a jazz program i didnt really whatch it, i just relaxed, after awile i saw that we where going over the lake michigan, i knew that in flight sim2002 we would have started making our decent but we didnt we kept going and when i could see the sky scrapers of chicargo we started down, i thought we would be going down really steep because we hadnt started our decent. and we did go down very steep, infact i never had a steeper decent in my life. some stuff was sliding of peoples tray tables and we could feel it in out bodys, one lady even screamed. i actually thought it was kinda fun
i whached the sears tower as we got lower and lower when we were over the runway we went a littel to far down the runway and the pilot put down full flaps and we used up just about all of the runway then we had a quick taxi over to gate b9 we taxied by a ua744 at gate b17 and b17a and saw many ua 757s and 737s and airbuses at terminal B. when we got off the plane i went down to see the ua744 befor we left.
the flight crew was firendly and there was no trublence ill ive this flight a 10 out of 10
