It's a good photo-report. First question: I'm familiar with Nicolas champagnes, they are not that good. about the main course, I dont know if you have already touched it, but doesn't it look a little messy on that plate with the sauce and stuff. ? Never mind if you were "touching" it already. Just a thought. Btw good to hear that your seatbed was comfortable. I was exactly thinking about if "you had slided down while sleeping". But in the bottom end, we're glad to read you enjoyed your flight. Hope your bad champagne and light dinner got compensated by the overall enjoyable experience of this flight.

        Thank you Max,
It's true that the presentation for both main dish are a bit too messy and the Champagne is a shame for a French airline, I remember when i fly for the first in J with AF it was in 2001 with Piper Heidseck milisimé, what's more Jet Airways on a one hour flight (Chennai > Colombo) offer a Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne (with a true champagne glass)which is incomparable with the Nicolas Feuillate.

I didn't slide as the seat is now 9° with the NEV2 version, which I have (NEV1 is 14° NEV3 is 5°), nevertheless a footrest will be really welcome with an additional pillow too because I sleep on the side (don't really know how to say that in English).

They Don't have a bad safety record, they have a safe record. If It wasn't safe, they couldn't fly. Now if you said about how often it seems like they strike, I do agree with you there.
