I booked a flight on IBERIA's website to travel on the 25 Dec for Madrid to Prague about 2 months ago. They sent me an Email a week ago and asked me to call them. Since I live in Australia, I wasn't able to their customer service. After checking the online booking, I noticed they changed my flight to 26th, which will not work for my travel schedule.
I sent them an Email and ask them to put me on a code-share flight. Somehow I don't think they will reply my Email. What can I do to get away on the 25th apart from purchase a new ticket. Does IBERIA often does something like this?
