Was planning to fly A340-200 someday and this was the last chance. Booked ticket a week before the trip.

Wow, you sure do get to travel a lot. Another great review, reminds me of the 2 times I flew in LH's 342s (DFW-FRA and FRA-DFW) in my travels between OKC and BOM back in '99 and again in '00. I guess I was lucky to fly in that variant as LH retired them not too long after. Those 342s also had the same bulky drop-down TV's over the middle seats (some of the -300s still do, but I think LH has transitioned most of the fleet to the new ones).
