Looks more a rocket launcher pod. With aerodynamic nose.

Good morning all! Could anyone identify this pod for me? Photos are from Davis-Monthan. I initially though it might be a AN/ASQ-213 HARM targetter, but the nose shape doesn’t seem quite right. Many thanks friends!
