  • The Crowns of the Swedish AF?

    Hello folks.
I was looking at photos and was wondering if anyone knew what the three crowns on the Swedish roundel meant. To clarify, I mean this thing- http://www.fortunecity.com/marina/ma...272/Sweden.gif .
    Thanks guys!

I must not be seeing the problem. "What we have here is a failure to communicate!" But did you click on the link? It shows up fine for me.

I don't really know the provenance of the "Three Crowns", but it is sort of like the maple leaf symbol for Canada. Those three crowns also appear on Swedish national football and ice hockey teams, among others.

The three crowns has been a symbol since 1336. I found this link. It's quite interesting.
