                Well the go around is nuts, lol, I bet the pilot got his ass chewed out! I bet the people in his squadron didnt let him forget about it for a while either.

                  IMO that one was a risky shot. Low and behold the pilot could have hit another aircraft on that carrier.

                        The fog looks really bad. I think he didnt had enough "visual" at that moment.
