  • EP3E visits YYT

We had a unusual visitor at YYT today (Friday Feb 23). It looked like a regular P3 at first, but when you got a little closer antennas and wires everywhere!

    A rare bird indeed!

Probably on the way to or from a Detachment. Was going to say European, but hell coming from Whidbey, they'd go that way to the desert as well. They usually go through Brunswick, Maine, but the base there is gearing down for closure. Might have decided to go Canadian for a change.

157326 is the BUNO: most likely using callsign Ranger.
-Not an Airbus or Boeing guy here.
-20 year veteran on the USN Lockheed P-3 Orion.

Good to know, I was thinking maybe it was a cookie delivery outfit.
