Resuce missions were hampered due to bad weather, and search helicopters were unable to leave Skopje Airport for over an hour due to bad fog.
The helicopter had crashed just 50 meters from homes, while wreckage was seen as far as 100 meters from the crash site in trees and even roof tops on nearby houses.
