Starting in Morocco, active life of soldier 21956 still goes on

    In Israel
707 # 941 had the distinction to be
    - the developpement protoype of the model 700, eventually never produced for commercial use
    - the last pure 707 built
    - ironically traded her original CFM56s with less modern and more fuel burning JT3Ds to gain the 320C status

her story summarized by the house census http://www.jetphotos.net/census/airc...snid=707-21956

Getting her first assignments : Moroccan Air force AIR-to-AIR refueling

    Against
    - narration in French (feel free to ask me for a translation)
    - lack of quality
    For
    - the documentary produced by the Kindgom's TV
    - narration structure by outlining how air-to-air refuelling can be, an introductive description of it together with footages of
her clients, Mirage F1s and Northrop F5s
herself from the outside and the inside with crew members at work
    - the locations around the Atlas mountains and deep south untouched coast.
    Verdict
let's see the mission in process as 4 Mirage F1s and a trio of F5s show up for a refill.

A today's great officer stage through an unsual pit stop

The airforce : Forca Aerea Brasileira
The plot : some FAB Northrop F5s up to Nellis AFB & back
The mission : sheaphearding and fuel pampering them while ushering the support team members
      The unsual location : MERIDA/Yucatan/Mexico

Arrival, a mexican AF CH53 and 4 FAB F5s pave the way for the Seven-Oh

Departure, two more F5s added themselves to the party

Paraguay Air Force lets FAP001 introduced in Guarani language and with a special

liking for the undercarriage and the instrument panel

        some pics http://www.jetphotos.net/showphotos....e=1&display=15

472th Seven Oh built, FAP-01 started her useful life in Pan Am dress as N415PA "Clipper Monsoon" in 02/1966. She then moved to Paraguay when sold to LAP/Lineas Aereas Paraguayas along with 2 sister-ships as ZP-CCF and eventually became the country's airforce one and more precisely the national soccer squad's magic carpet ....

Obie will be first POTUS not to call a Seven-Oh to his rescue

And to make some change from well established 62600 and 72700 let's meet much lesser known

85-6973, a Boeing 707-396C which started her useful life with Wardair Canada

A lucky Chilean TV reporter gets an invitation to witness

un Reabastecimiento en el Aire, an air-to-air refueling from the right seat of a Cessna AT37 Dragonfly, while some of his buddies seat in el Bo-ing Siete-Zero-Siete

              You can object that

              - this uniformed 707 has already been featured !
              - she was starring in a video
              - now she stars in a picture gallery

              Counter-objections

              - she calls at Saint-Denis de la Réunion, a fairly unusual location to see her !

But from where the hell she flies from

              - her base in Brasil

Now ladies & gents, welcome back to

Objection : I could have posted something about her earlier

                much earlier ....

Argument : I wanted her to be filmed on location at some unusual port of call

The postcard says : Omega's N707MQ staging through Cairns

Thirty Eight years ago, Hansi enjoyed New Orleans before winging his back to Germany

                    with 10+03
one of Luftwaffe's four Boeing 707-307Cs

First 4 minutes - enjoying New orleans
last 3 minutes or so - 10+03 arrival at IAD and then servicing in anticipation of the return flight to CGN.

                    Enjoy this retrotrip

Not a celebrity, but always exposed under the limelights when on duty

this can be termed as the unsung hero
Not as famous as Saha's real flagships
Not as easily seen as the latters'sisterships which keep going as regular tkr/transports
                      Here is

1001 - http://www.jetphotos.net/census/airc...snid=707-21396 , the resumé of which can read "Including Mohamed Reza Palavi, faithfully serving Iranian leaders since they rely on jetliners"

Today, let's meet and fly the unique Phalcon

another unique 707 derivative developped by IAI/Israel Aircraft Industries
using a bona-fide former civilian 707-385C which actually started her useful life with Lan Chile
and now in service with Fuerza Aerea de Chile as 904 "Condor" in FAC parlance

IAI's sale video , lots of footage of the cabin, and air-to-airs

and last but not list, our profile census info

                        http://www.jetphotos.net/census/airc...snid=707-19000

and the 11 pics of msn 19000 as 904, Chile's unique AEW

                        http://www.jetphotos.net/showphotos.php?regsearch=904

Enjoy the ride and till the next

The perfect portrait of an unsung soldier

can be illustrated by the rather camera shy Pakistan AF's two 707-340Cs serving the country's aviation for decardes since originally importated by PIA

They have externally nothing in special, but they almost never come to light.

This 1995 vid should correct things a little bit, although our exceedingly shy winged player managed to be sandwiched between a Fuerza Aerea de Chile's fellow Seven-Oh in original colors and a Kazakstan TU134
