      This thread is so unexpected...it's like the past coming back to haunt me because I had a spider in my room last night. Noticed it on the floor, and then run behind the bookcase. It's less than half an inch across, and a tiny bit furry. Still, eek.

      Oh and by the way, I didn't look at the picture

          Remeniscent of "Eight Legged Freaks".

          I'm sorry to inform everyone that spider-email is nothing more than an urban legend. We received that in Oz (Australia) a number of weeks ago. Strangely, I wanted nothing more than to believe in its validity, even despite of my arachnophobia. * shrug *

                      that's a camera angle issue, they're not that big.

                      Although there are spiders in the world that are as big as dinner plates (and bigger).
