No it's not. It happens hen you click on the link at the bottom of the emails.

Hi, I couldn't get the activation email to my gmail address, so I re-suscribed with a different mail account, but I'd like to use the original username that hasn't been activated.

It's been more than a month since I posted as well as since I contacted the site administrator and still no reply though.
