People in pictures

Hi all,

I have a photo of an XtremeAir XA-42 (G-IIJI) at Old Buckenham (EGSV) with a man moving to plane to a parking spot. The man is in the picture, but not obscuring the plane. The image is a very good quality, clear skies and taken with a Nikon D-5000. Will it get accepted with the man in it?
