Contact mail no longer working?

Hello,
Since 20 years of JetPhotos contribution I have received several mails addressed through the "contact" link below the pictures for requesting reuse of the pictures in various site, documents, etc ..
And now, since about a year or so, the mails I receive are no longer accompanied by the email address of the people who asks. The first time I thought the sender has forgotten to write his own address, but I received at least two other mails with the same missing info. It should be good to check this functionality as its malfunction may lead to copyright infringement.

Hello,

working fine here.
If using gmail - try this:

1. Klick on the drop down marked in the red box in your mailbox:

2. A window should pop up where you can find the mail of the original sender to answer back.

Thank you very much! The reply address did not appear in the simple mail view. I had to enter the complete view. Thanks again for your kind help.

I am not receiving these mails for over a year now, have written this many times here in the forum. I only receive screening mails. No contacts mails, no corrections, no appeal results, no notifications. If please some admin can activate them for me again.

Since a lot of people are affected by these kind of issues, it would be nice to implement such feature in the users members sections, so we can choose ourselves which mails to receive. Not a programmer though.

I have the same problem. I'm not receiving e-mails for appeal results, or contact mails. I only receive screening results. I sent a direct contact e-mail to account administration but didn't receive any reply. Everything is still the same.
