Problem with upload queue?

Any admin can confirm there is an issue with upload system, i have my daily 10 uploads but it says i am minus 37 queue slots?? and wont let me upload... When will this get fixed? as i only have time to do uploads today this week

It's either some technical problem of the website or............. did you violate any rules and regulations?
