Jetphotos, why?

So as you may know, Jetphotos updated it's hot photo uploading guidance, but why?
Recently I wanted to upload a photo of PZL-Swidnik Mi-2 Hoplite (reg. 17), which has been repainted. Result — rejection "invalid hot".
I really wanna know why it was needed to change upload guidelines. Please explain why.
