That's a really tough one, Aloges. I really don't know that much about Brazil other than Rio and Sao Paulo. I'm going to guess Pelourinho (courtesy of Google hehe). Anyways, if that isn't it, I have no idea.
And yes, that is Johannesburg. I need to get a little more difficult.

Pelourinho is in the right state. It's the gorgeous historic part of Salvador, Bahia, the first "capital" of Brazil. The location I have shown is also a "first", it's the first settlement established in Brazil.

Ehm, not to rain on your parade, but Ouro Preto is in Minas Gerais, while Salvador is in Bahia.
