Has Anybody actually gone and seen this? I did today, and it's pretty intense. I'm not trying to start a flaming war, as I am under 18 so I cannot vote and I express NO political opinion right now, I am just wondering if anyone has seen this, and if yes what did you think of it?

I actually thought parts were a *bit* funny, the way audio was added in some places.

I also thought parts were very sad, and there were a lot of people crying in the theater, when a mother was talking.

Also, there was a security guard in front of the theater door, I asked why he was there and he said when they showed it in Washington, there were riots and boycotts, etc, and there should be one at every screening!

    It was intense.
I really doubt this will be on planes.

I agree, but I had to go and see it, just so I could say that I did.

I don't think any airline would be dumb enough to play that anyway, regardless of what content it has...

airlines tend to stay away from anything involving disaster/basically anything having to do with an airplane or airport, movies with heavy political views in them, and many times movies showing war/violence scenes. Basically, all that leaves is stupid chick flick comedies with Drew Barrymore and Rob Schnider.

(No I didn't see Farenheit 9/11, and I'm not sure I want to...)

              I watched it.
I thought it was pretty good.
Obviously very biased, but at least it provided a different POV.

There was a security guard even here in Canada!!!

Moore is a bastard. Only political Micheal I listen to is Micheal Savage. All Moore does is find a way to capitalize on tragedy. I have yet to see him truly improve America. Dennis Miller put it best, " Moore denounces war in very biased and inaccurate ways, yet he is the same arrogent asshole who hides behind the First Amendment and is the reason we go to war to protect our freedoms."
I will not be seeing any Micheal Moore films.
                It's a Jeep thing, you wouldn't understand.

Moore is an admitted liar. When he was busted for talking quotes and video of people and then editing them in order to have the people say stuff to support his point of view, he had to acknowledge that the people didn't really say these things. Surprised someone didn't sue him for slander.

Moore is a bloated, lying sack of excrement who makes his career out of twisting the truth to fit his own delusional views of the world and creating propaganda that Joseph Goebbels would be proud of. The moron wouldn't know the truth if it jumped up and bit him on his a**. (Of course truth would need a mouth the size of the Queen Mary 2 to even attempt it.)

One thing about Michael Moore makes me wonder: Whenever I hear something about him in the German news, it always about how he hates Bush, the government and also how he hates the whole country, but he is still living in the USA. So why isn't he leaving the US?

                    -Colin

p.s. Even though he's right that Bush has made mistakes, I still think Moore is fat and bloated S.O.B.

                      Don't hold back

I don't like Michael Moore at all, either. I find him to be this great big obnoxious bucket of morality and blah blah blah who cares what else, which only spills over whenever there is a buck to be made and emotions to capitalise on.

Basically what I'm saying is that I find him to be a freeloader, someone who cashes-in on tragic situations.

Seems almost everybody in this thread has the same view as me.

I don't see the point of paying money to watch the manifesto of the democratic party.

I can possibly see some airlines suing him- why? Attempt to harm business. Yes in the U.S. you can sue for just about anything, but I can see that this could harm air travel, bastard.
