I walked across an empty land
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river and it made me complete

TIGHT! we gotta meet up and blow some sh!t away!

How does an airline thats going bankrupt sign new regional carriers, launch a discount airline, purchase new planes, AND repaint their fleet? I dunno, ask United.

I shudder to think, how much did all of that cost?

You're waiting until the 4th to light all that off? Heck, I've been sending rockets (big ones) up for weeks. Last year on the way back from Florida we made a stop at the Fireworks Supermarket. "Savings so big, you need a shopping cart."
              My wife just humors me.

Haha, that brings up a great story. Usually my family and our neighbors slipt some fireworks. So my neighbor is sitting there arranging everything in the box while smoking a cigarette, yeah it's pretty much self-explanatory from there.

Fireworks are fun though, through my life i've almost hit my sister with a roman candle and a bottle rocket. Good times

Err...just looked at a book by Bill Bryson (title = "Made in America") which states on page 56: "That the signing of the Declaration of Independence is celebrated on 4 July is one of American history's more singular mistakes. America did not declare independence on 4 July 1776. That had happened two days earlier, when the proposal was adopted."

Your 2nd president John Adams wrote to his wife on 3 July: "The 2nd day of July, 1776 will be the most memorable Epocha in the History of America" and the signing of it was started on the 2nd August.

So.....celebrate tomorrow instead and get your neighbourhood wondering why.

Ahh a big pile of fireworks, reminds me of the old days with my uncle!

I'll be having fun too, just with less.

                            Be safe!
