That reminds me of the old joke:

A police officer was riding down the highway when he comes across a woman, parked on the side of the road. She is sitting next to the car and it looks as if she is having engine trouble or something, so he decides to help her out.
When he pulls up, he says, "Ma'am. What's wrong with your car?"
She replies, "I forgot my makeup and my cell phone! How do you expect me to keep driving?"

interesting to note the cuban people have been making these type of aquatic cars for sometime now to try to reach florida. of course the coastguard takes them back to cuba and sinks the chevy but I have to hand it to them for their inventiveness.

I can just imagine what the coastguard feels when they look out onto the ocean and see not a boat, raft, bathtub, but a chevy!!
