I know there's one in every crowd, but that definately is a fake. Loo at the impact of the cars. No sudden jolts, just a gentle change in direction. Also why doe the car that is stopped not have their brake lights on. Normally when you are stopped at lights, you use the brake. Finally the image is just too crisp and it looks like the approaching car has been digitally enhanced.YBBN - James

Im not sure if it is a fake...... take a look closer at the escort.... the brake lights are on... take a look just before the PT Cruiser makes impact.... brake lights come on at about the "OH SH!T" point, which is a red light too late... the other cars at the light dont use wipers, as if it was raining, but after the PT settles, the windshield wipers are definatly on.... the traffic on the opposite side seems to be normal, with the red car stopping short by a bit and a little erratic braking in the silver sedan... I think the only gripe would be the other cars didn't seem to react at all to the accident.. maybe it happened too fast or whatever... and finally I think that guy is probably deceased if it were real... Ive seen people die from getting hit by atv's let alone a hurtling car flying at you.... I feel bad for all involved, but on the bright side, If the pedestrian does survive, it looks like he wont have to worry about working ever again.... he could sue for millions....

Dayton Police release dramatic video that shows an SUV landing on top of a pedestrian after a crash. It happened yesterday at West Third and Edwin C. Moses.
There are cameras at the intersection to catch red light runners.
They show the victim walking in the cross walk when a car and an SUV crashed.
The SUV then rolled over onto the pedestrian.
Police say it all started when the driver of a PT Cruiser ran a red light and slammed into the SUV.
At least one passerby witnessed the crash and called 9-1-1.
Police say the drivers got away with minor injuries.
But the pedestrian, 43-year-old Scott Tegtmeyer was critically injured.
Now, prosecutors are taking a close look at the video to determine what charges the driver of the PT Cruiser could face.
Investigators say analysis of the video has already revealed some crucial factors.
Police say the light had been red for 28 seconds when the PT Cruiser entered the intersection.
They say Tegtmeyer should not have been crossing the street at the time because the crosswalk signal was red.
Amazingly, investigators also say that the massive dent left on the side of the SUV, caused by the impact of the crash, created a hollow space that kept Tegtmeyer from being crushed to death as the vehicle rolled over him.
Tegtmeyer was listed in serious condition Monday night.

If everyone looks really closely at when the car hits the guy, it looks like his head is rolling on the ground. There's like a ball rolling around....LOOK CLOSELY. How sad, though!Comment

I feel especially sorry for Mr Tegtmeyer who will be now disabled for life.
I really don't feel sorry for the PT Cruiser driver who surely is a *** driver
-always on the hurry
-always over self judging
-never clever
-being a nuisance to evrybody around once behind a steering wheel.
Should be banned to being re-awarded a driving license for life at the least.
