    Hello Emu Screaming

    HOW DARE YOU??? LOL

Why are you telling us you are planning to leave? Please dont leave. We love you to be here and love to talk you! You're so friendly and so nice to everyone.

For me, i dont chat much here. I dont like to talk too much and I am a wise guy (kidding ). I just come here to look at the posts but I am still the member of this forum.

You can leave if you want to but do not delete your membership. We hope one day you will come back again.

    Cheers
    Bluesky

Up there in Grand Forks I bet it'll be warmer in an anirconditioned room than outside. Reminds me of something I saw on the news this winter - people in Syracuse sat in freezers to keep themselves warm because it was freezing outside

I agree these forums are not what they used to be. Sadly this is down to some of newer and younger members posting irrelevant posts, which turn into (excuse my language here) b*tch fights. Maybe if we all 'tried' to make the effort to bring the forums back up to what they used to be and dealt kindly but firmly with the nonsense posts we could get somewhere. I think leaving the forums really isn’t the solution, but this is your decision. As a crew member I have to be honest and say the forums do not really interest me that much anymore, this could just be due to the fact im getting more into photography, or the fact that the overall quality has noticeably gone down hill. Im not really sure there is a 'quick fix' to this problem and it’s a problem allot of sites are facing at the moment. Like I said all we can do is all put the effort in instead of sitting back and saying "screw this im outa here". (That comment was not based on you emu )
I totally agree. We should all be able to agree on holding civilized forum conversation. I think that there is nothing wrong with this board...or anyone on it. It's just that everyone here has a life. Outside the box we call a "computer", and because of that life, and the stress in it, people tend to 'attack' others, if you will, and that makes everyone feel unwanted. I can feel why screaming_emu would want to leave. (Honestly, some of his posts made me want to kill him ) but I'm over it! So is everyone else!

I guess what I'm trying to say is that, well, we should come here to escape the problems of everyday life. We should come here to enjoy talking about aircraft, aircraft photos, and anything else in the genre. No one should critisize<sp?> anyone else based on their comments. If they feel that the person is being immature/childish/dumb, anyone who has a problem with it should confront the person privately (PM, e-mail, etc) to get a better understanding about what the person meant.

And NO, I am not excluding myself from what I said. I know that I have contributed more dumb-a$$ stuff than I am supposed to, but does everyone gets over it! It's not like someone killed a person by saying something stupid! Its life.

    Just my $.02.[/quote]
