Category 3 typhoon "Sonda" is on its way towards Taiwan. The storm lost its strength slightly from category 4. But weather forecast predicts it'll regain to category 4 status.
The storm is now moving WNW @ 13mph. It could be the biggest and strongest storm to hit Taiwan this year. At least 2-3 typhoon (category 2/3) slammed Taiwan this year, causing severe floods and massive mudslides.
Last week, Typhoon "aere" slammed taiwan, causing Taipei International Airport and its near by area without water for 10 days.
