    I know Greg's were shot at a fast shutter speed. I'm just saying in general that water fall pics look great at slow shutter speeds

    Yeah not exactly the slowest shutter speed...

    I do like that freezing effect though, it is more dramatic however on fountains and water displays where theres alot of spray going everywhere.

    Well on #2 it looks like he used a relatively high shutter speed to freeze the water going over the edge. maybe another shot at f/22 would have yeilded blurred water, like this:



    Another reason why I'd love a 1D mkII...50 ISO means one extra stop lower for these kind of shots, that one was f/32 and 1/40th.
