don't know about the ipod part of it, but after reading the terms, it is a legite site. i have used a site similar (searchcactus), where you search through offers (credit card apps, ebay, etc) and get a dollar amount for each offer completed. it can be a pain in the ass, sometimes, but all you have to do is set up an email address specifically for that reason. for a few minutes of my time, i have made over $80 off of it.

Yes their is a whole site devoted to freeipods.com it really does work they say and they have pictures to prove it!

Indeed, this is a huge-ass pyramid scheme. Only those at the top make any money, everyone else gets screwed...don't fall for it...

Yes there is, because unless you want to buy something from the offers you only have 7 days to actually get it for free...and most of the offers require you to buy something up front then be bound by an agreement to purchase more.
