  • How do you exercise?

    Screamingemu made a remark about how he should probably start running again. So it got me thinking about exercise and what we do or don't do to exercise. Please click the most applicable option for you.

      In high school I never hard to worry about staying fit as I had hockey practices about 4 times a week and games on the weekend. Since I've gotten to college, I only play about once a month, so if I'm not feeling too lazy I'll do a bit of jogging to stay in a somewhat reasonable shape.

          I was in great shape in high school too, between PE and baseball. Now I work in a cubicle farm. Oh well, it's the real world.

            I go to the YMCA around once every three days and lift weights. I also ride my bike a mile or two each day depending on the weather, and every once in a while I'll hit the treadmill...

                  I do a lot...
                  -Sometimes I bike (3 to 15 miles...depending on the weather and how much time I have)
                  -I go to the gym (almost every day--lifting weights and the elliptical trainer thing)
                  -I play tennis (although I haven't in a couple of weeks)
                  -I run (not very fast though )

                            I go jogging mostly.
                            And I do stuff around the house. (Push-ups, sit-ups, etc)
