Ok, the girl in the blue getting her ass kicked, and the boy in the red standing in the corner away from all the action.

-Girl to the right of the guy in the Broncos jersey 2 seconds into the video.
-Girl in the white T-shirt 10 seconds into the video, left side just before the cop flies by...holding some books or something like that.

Yeah, we should call it "Where's white boy?" .

Well there are several diffrent situations that could happen.

1. If we are on a call (lights sirens going) we would call it in, meaning that we would state our position where its happening, what is exactly happening and why we cant deal. Then the dispatcher would send a general duties car out to the scene.

2. If we were patroling, we would go past the scene turn around, call it in request for backup etc and stop the action. We would not stop mainly becuase we are traffic division.

By the looks of it those people who are fighting would get done for.
- Disturbing the peace.
- Assult

maybe if we can string something else on them we would.
