How do you know the person who posted that photo wherever you found it didn't edit it? I doubt CNN would make a stupid mistake like that, and someone just so happens to be watching TV with a camera on hand...

Maybe they saw the mistake, they have TIVO and paused it to grab their camera? Or it could be fake.
