Read it freshman year... it sucked. Didn't even finish the damn thing.

For summer reading i had to read: The Killer Angels for history, Lord Of The Flies for english, and some book about random chemestry things for chemestry.

I didn't get the books until a week before school started. For the chemestry one i didn't read the whole thing, but the teacher gave us the sections we needed to know for the test and allowed notes... i got a 94 on the test. For Killer Angels i didn't read past page 1, but used spark notes and got a 96 on the test (actually it was an 89, but since the teacher took like a month to correct it she gave everyone 7 extra points) For Lord of The Flies i read the whole thing and got a 65 on the test... it was an essay test i guess i did the bloody essay wrong

Other than for school i don't read books much. We ordered some photography magazines a while ago and the first issue hasn't come yet, but when they come i'll read anything i find interesting in those.

I hate reading. Its not that I'm a bad reader or an F or even a B student I just get distracted so easily and usually books are just plain boring...

          ......never read Great Expectations....

I was like that to some extent...I took this little 2 day advanced reading course...It's not like my reading capability skyrocketed and stuff, but I have a longer attention span for that kind of stuff now...(partially b/c the course was so boring!!! )

Haven't read a book not mandated for English in about 6 years. Can't understand how people enjoy reading.

Matthew Reilly. Area 7 (think this goes over the top for action)

Matthew Reilly. Contest (dissapointment to read)

Have you read Scarecrow? Its the third in the series and is even better than Area 7.
Contest wasnt that bad, it just different to what he has done in this other books. And whats the dear and the Dragon?

And yes im another Matthew Reilly fan.
Apart from that, im reading War and peace. not even half way through, its rather intersting and boring at the same time.
