May be the first ever Massachussetts based democrat candidate not to be backed by all the bostonian press, as the Boston Herald calls its reader to vote Bush.
on his side G.W.Bush gets some of his direct relatives versus him. The latters came up with the website

George Bush now has something in common with former french president late François Mitterrand, whose staunchest opponent was his elder brother Robert Mitterand, who majored at the french airforce academy in 1935, became one of the earliest one to join the Free French Airforce on June 19th 1940, and ended up as the general in chief. An avid pilot and technician, Robert Mitterrand took pride to keep "driving" until retirement. Last mount was the Boeing C135F issued for his inspection tours. François routinely quipped the military and right winger guy who never missed to answer back in return !
