EDIT: that reminds me--we are also famous for Spoletto Festival USA--it's supposed to be this big deal (which it is here), but I found out that no one here knows what it is. (except for DAL764--didn't you google it?)

Anywhoo, this weekend was the celebration of 350 years of Jewish life in Charleston. It is the birthplace of Reform Judaism, has the oldest synagogue still in continuous use, and now has a kosher resteraunt

Actually it's quite the opposite. Its a big deal in Western PA and people come from all 3 neighboring states and even as far as Ontario to come to the festival. Its a lot of fun and there is a lot to do.

Um, well, a surprisingly low-key but good restaurant, Ben's Chilli Bowl. That said, 'restaurant' makes it sound a little more upscale than it is...
We also have a bunch of other stuff here. Nothing that important.

                            Adelaide
News Corp (i.e., the folks who own Fox and just about half the world's media and is run by Rupert Murdoch) began in Adelaide at 'The News' daily newspaper.
We also have Adelaide Oval, one of the most beautiful sports stadia in the world.
Adelaide is also the state capital of South Australia.

Greg, you forgot to mention that Annapolis is also the state capital of Maryland. Come on, you're proud of that, right?

                              Much better than Lords.
"The Director also sets the record straight on what would happen if oxygen masks were to drop from the ceiling: The passengers freak out with abandon, instead of continuing to chat amiably, as though lunch were being served, like they do on those in-flight safety videos."
