There is, but I would prefer if the Ipod accepted the card media directly rather than attaching another bulky contraption like this.

            I want one!!!

The only thing stopping me from getting an ipod is the fact that I wasted $70 (well...actually I exchanged a CD player for it) on a stupid little Virgin Pulse Mp3 player that can only hold lyk 3 CDs (with the expanded memory card).

Screw that, this player is the bomb:

              Archos Gmini 400
Same price as the new iPod, but can also play video, has games available for it, and also has a same sized HD.

I'd rather have a laptop with a 120GB HD and a nice screen.

And minidisk for tunes...Ipod's batteries suck.

That is a fact...my wife has a 40GB iPod and the batteries don't even last her a full 8 hour day at work...

Screw the pictures...60 gigs for music with a 15 hour battery life...I think its coming close to time to replace my 2nd generation 10 gig...

I bought the media card reader for my current ipod, and all i can say that it sucks - totally, big time. It reads half a memory card and then stops and wont copy the rest. No matter what card i put in and i've tried reformatting the ipos, i won't work.

Let's just say i wont be getting one of the ipod photo thingys.

I've decided on an x-drive and a couple of 1gb flash cards instead now. I don't have the need to review my photos out inthe field.
