    I read in one of my textbooks once that about 85 percent of North Americans suffer from stage fright/ public speaking in one form or another. Of those, about half the cases are severe enough to interfere with the quality of the presentation.

    Most intro to abnormal psych textbooks will have something on it....

    Depends who you're presenting in front of. That didn't work last year in history because I wanted to vomit every time I looked at my teacher...

    Hehe.. i was in drama performaces in Elemetary, MIddle and HIghschool.. never was bothered with it.

    IT really all depends for me. Sometimes.. I thrive on the attention. Other times.. i melt under the lights and crash and burn :P

    Same for me too--it depends on the situation. In a school concert/choir or leading services at synagogue: no. When I am presenting something of some importance to someone I respect: yes.
