Thats the most cops ive seen since the Hells Angels day camp thinggie up north.

Watertown and Jefferson County are under a virtual lockdown after a Watertown Police Officer shot a person multiple times and kidnapped another woman. The officer is armed with more than one firearm and has not been located yet, but there are numerous police choppers overhead and cars are being stopped at gunpoint at checkpoints all over the area by the local police. I'm off to Syracuse now, but I'll post more info when I get back later tonight.
