  • Need your help to find a model plane

I'm trying to get hold of a reasonably large, detailed, high quality model of a "Grob Tutor 115e", ideally in the colours of Cambridge University Air Squadron, but will settle for any! Can anyone help me? This really is very important, I'll be so happy if I can get hold of one! It's for a gift and would be really special!

    Thanks

    Jess

I felt the earth beneath my feet

My last notice? Do you mean when do I need it by?

If you do, then it's Christmas!

A model of it would be about the same size as the real thing....Saw one at Manchester a few days back i'll go over and pick the dam thing up and throw it over to you.

OK Jess, are you looking for a kit or a real model. If the latter, I have an idea of the location... need to check whether they have any Grob 115 in stock and should they practice mail order business.

                    Alain,

I am looking for a real, ready-made model! If you knew how to get one that would be AMAZING! I'd love you forever!!!!!!!!!!!

If they don't do mail order I'd be happy to send money to you to buy and post it

                      Jess,

You won't love me forever, but thank you for the challenge .
Just sized the opportunity in needing some walk and fresh to check this unnamed location.
Either in flyable or in ready made collector model, they haven't the Grob 115.Yet, the aircraft type is not unkown to the salepersons I spoke with when mentioning a German-made basic (ad-initio) trainer. I keep your quest in mind and as soon I find something workable (ie : possibility of mail-order from the UK for you) I keep you posted.
                      Cheers

                      Alain
