    Sounds like you might have created another tool bar or something by accident.

    Have you run Ctrl+Alt+Delete to see if it is another program running.

    PLEEEASE Help. Computer issues

    so my netscape was being strange so I opened up IE real quick. And this blue toolbar (in the picture) opened up and wont go away. I've run 2 different spyware scanners with no effect.



    any suggestions?
