    I am explaining this based on Adobe PS 7.0 (thats what i use)

    1. You start out with a reasonable size ( 500X100) File---> New ---> W500 H100

    2.Select a backround color ---> Paint Bucket (use any color you want, or you can make an image your backround)

    3. To put an image in it...do the following..Open up a the image you want
    --> Use the marquee tool to select the portion of the image you want in your sig. ----> press alt-c ---> open your sig back up ---> press alt-v --> now you can move it around,etc... to get it the way you want. This is layer 2

    4. now if you want to make it look even better. You can add outlines of objects in it. (you can draw objects using the templates provided) In order to do that. Do the following --> Click the "custom shape tool" in the floating window --> select the object you want to draw --> draw it --> move it around to get it the way you want. Thats layer 3

    5. Then you can add text to it and other stuff...i am sure you know how to do that.

    The end result will look like this:

    Hope this helps!

    You create a new image and each smaller image you put into the new one becomes a new layer. Then when you want to move that image around, just select that layer and do whatever you need to with it.

    Hope this helps...

    Making Sig Banners in Paintshop

    Hey all-
    I'm looking to make a banner for my photography that I can put at the bottom of my posts, like a lot of you have. Would anyone care to explain to me how to do this in detail? I use Paintshop Pro 7, and I have no idea how to do it. Does it have something to do with layers or what? And how do you get a bunch of images onto one palate?

    Thanks!
    -Justin
