It describes a city that is to be built in California. The city will include homes starting from $7.0 million, a 65,000 seat stadium, a university, a formula one circuit, hotels, casinos, a 1,000 ft. tower, and, most importantly, an international airport.

Although this seems very fake, the company did take out an entire advirtising section in the New York Times and seems to maintain a very nice web page. What do you all think? Is this for real?
